Job Summary
Install and troubleshoot MetroNet fiber services from the terminal to Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) for residential and business customers, perform basic to advanced installations, disconnects and service changes, provide in-depth customer education on MetroNet products, earn commissions by explaining services, work to meet key performance metrics, and be physically able to perform duties (climb ladders up to 25 feet, lift up to 75 lbs), with on-call and overtime responsibilities and potential travel for training or service calls.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with a telecom / fiber company preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license/satisfactory driving record
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
