Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, and service MetroNet fiber connections from the terminal to Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) for residential and business customers; provide in-depth customer education on MetroNet products and services; earn commissions by explaining MetroNet services; work professionally with customers and teammates; meet key performance metrics; perform on-call rotation and overtime; travel for training; operate and maintain company vehicle; use basic hand tools and equipment; lift up to 75 lbs and access attics/crawl spaces; adapt to various weather conditions; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to travel for training or as needed
- Ability to work overtime and perform on-call duties
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs and work in various physical conditions
- Experience with telecom/fiber or willingness to learn preferred
