Fiber Technician

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber optic networks across multiple job sites while adhering to strict safety protocols and OSHA practices. Perform outside plant cable slicing, fusion splicing, and unidirectional/bidirectional fiber testing using OTDR, OLTS, and Fluke equipment. Coordinate daily crew activities, maintain production rates, and conduct daily equipment inspections. Manage fiber splice enclosures, generate test reports, and ensure all work meets company standards. This full-time, site-based role requires extensive travel across the continental United States with additional incentives provided.
