Job Summary
Install and troubleshoot MetroNet fiber services from the terminal to Customer Premise Equipment (CPE), perform basic to advanced installations, disconnects, and service changes for residential and business customers; provide in-depth customer education on MetroNet products/services; operate company vehicle and equipment; work independently and as part of a team; participate in on-call rotations and travel for training; physically capable of working in attics, crawl spaces, and at heights, with ladder use and lifting up to 75 lbs; earn commissions by explaining services to customers.
