Fiber Technician - Galesburg, MI

Perform basic to advanced installations, disconnects and service changes for residential and business customers for MetroNet's high-speed internet, phone, and TV services. Troubleshoot from the fiber terminal to customer premise equipment (CPE) and provide in-depth customer education on MetroNet products and services. Earn commissions by explaining services, maintain professionalism with customers and colleagues, and work toward meeting key performance metrics. Additional duties include on-call rotation after regular hours, overtime as needed, and travel for training or as required. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, work in various conditions (attics, crawl spaces, adverse weather), and operate company vehicle safely; valid driver’s license and willingness to work with a team or independently.
