Fiber Technician - Fayetteville, NC

Fiber Technician responsible for basic to advanced installations, disconnects and service changes for residential and business customers for high-speed internet services, phone, and TV. You will install and troubleshoot all MetroNet services from the terminal to Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) and provide in-depth customer education on all MetroNet products and services. The role includes earning commissions by explaining services to customers, working to meet key performance metrics, and performing on-call and overtime duties as needed. Qualifications include physical ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and at heights up to 25 feet with ladders, lifting up to 75 lbs, operating basic hand tools, having a valid driver’s license, and being legally authorized to work in the U.S. Additional expectations include willingness to travel for training, working with teams and independently, and performing after-hours on-call duties.
