Job Summary
Execute fiber splicing on telecommunications projects, including restoring service, routine maintenance, and outage response. Read blueprints and engineering design plans to understand specifications while enforcing company safety policies. Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills to manage customer service and problem-solving needs. Hold a valid Certificate of Insurance and pass background, drug, and MVR screenings. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience in fiber splicing within the telecommunications industry.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of fiber splicing telecommunications projects including restoring service, routine maintenance, and outages
- Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- Must be able to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR

- Thorough understanding of plans & specifications including reading blueprints and engineering design plans
