Job Summary
Oversee daily supervision and functioning of one construction project and/or crew. Field-verify location and nature of work by observing the project; confirm quality and quantity of work at day’s end; maintain project schedule; manage administrative tasks (ordering, tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents); ensure safety practices are followed; travel to Indiana/Ohio/Kentucky/Pennsylvania as required; perform other duties as directed to achieve goals. Requires 2-3 years of splicing experience and construction-field experience; strong organization and MS Office skills; able to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2-3 years of splicing experience
- 1-3 years previous Construction experience in the field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Organized and motivated to provide project support as directed
- Conscientious professional who has a pleasant phone manner and excellent organizational skills
- Must have the ability to complete assignments with no supervision and self-direct daily activities
