Job Summary
Fiber, Paint, & Repair Technician responsible for preparing, finishing, and inspecting components prior to panel production. Role ensures parts are properly resin-coated, sanded, and ready for use, while maintaining material inventory and supporting overall production flow. Emphasizes safety, quality standards, and teamwork in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include resin and sand rails, bulkheads, and pads; inspect parts for proper surface preparation; maintain resin inventory; perform Bondo and sanding work; assist with resin dotting for quality control; support build-up and repair activities; maintain clean, safe work areas; follow safety procedures and production policies; communicate effectively within a team. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in painting, drywall, or auto body repair; strong emphasis on reliability and safety; ability to work in a fast-paced production setting. High School Diploma or GED required; optional experience in painting, drywall, or auto body repair. Required Qualifications
