Job Summary
Fiber Optic Laborer needed to assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic networks in outdoor field environments. Responsibilities include digging, trenching, pulling cable, conduit work, loading/unloading materials, operating hand tools and light equipment under supervision, following safety/OSHA guidelines, and learning on the job toward technician/crew lead roles. Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US; ability to lift 50+ lbs; comfortable working outdoors; dependable, punctual, and a team player. On-the-job training provided with $20/hr starting pay and a 40-hour workweek with overtime; PPE and safety gear supplied. EEOC employer encouraging minority applicants.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Prior construction, landscaping, utility, or labor experience is a plus — but not required
