FIA Commercial Lines Account Representative

Review all policies and policy changes from insurance carriers for accuracy and completeness, requesting corrections as needed. Process policy alterations with carriers to fulfill client change requests, invoice and deliver policy documents, and issue certificates of insurance and evidence of coverage. Follow up on billing notices and non-payments to minimize customer default risk. Collaborate with Account Managers to issue renewal summaries and applications for producers, and assist in account remarketing by ordering Loss Runs to assess claim activity. Requires a Texas General Lines Agent License (P&C) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
