Job Summary
Senior Associate, Data Integrity in Guggenheim Investments' Operations based in Chicago. Responsible for monitoring security data flow across investment-management software, performing daily QC on security terms/issuer validation/asset-class checks/ticker checks, sourcing data from Bloomberg/Reuters/MSCI, conducting ESG ratings reviews, updating fixed income cash flows and NAIC designations, recalculating principal and income projections, and collaborating with Trading Desks, Portfolio Management, Compliance and Client Service to ensure accurate security setup and data across systems. Will lead projects, train junior team members, and respond to inquiries affecting risk-management and accounting systems while working with securities across fixed income, ABS, RMBS/CMBS, private placements and derivatives; strong emphasis on data integrity and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or Business-related fields
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience in asset management and/or middle office
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis
- High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
