Job Summary
The Client Services Analyst provides first and second level technical support for FHN Financial employees, ensuring effective operation of desktop systems, applications, and network connectivity. Responsibilities include troubleshooting password lockouts, file access, security issues, and providing workstation support. The analyst participates in IT projects, training sessions for employees, and conducts routine on-call support. A commitment to customer service and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure is necessary. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have two years of experience in IT.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other qualifying discipline
- Two years of experience in IT with demonstrated success in client-level problem resolution and working with customers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to lift 50-pound equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of current desktop applications (Windows, Office, Internet browsers)
- Experience with hardware and virus protection
- Familiarity with PowerShell and Windows security procedures
- General knowledge of networking and mobile devices
