Job Summary
The Client Services Analyst is responsible for providing first and second level technical support for FHN Financial employees, assisting with desktop systems and applications, file access, password resets, network connectivity, and printer issues. Candidates should possess a thorough knowledge of desktop applications, hardware, and security procedures, alongside general networking skills. This role involves participating in IT projects, conducting training sessions, and occasional after-hours support. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, two years of IT experience, and be a strong team player committed to customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other qualifying discipline (preferred)
- Two years of experience in IT with demonstrated success in client-level problem resolution
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
- Commitment to customer service
- Ability to lift 50-pound equipment and to position self to move technology as required
- Capability of working well under pressure and organizing/prioritizing tasks
- Independently or as part of a team under general supervision
