Complete assigned prep lists, portion products per spec, and efficiently run your station by stocking food as needed. Maintain full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, label food for proper FIFO rotation, and keep a driven pace with good cleaning habits throughout the shift. Assist with cleaning smallwares and equipment as assigned.
