Job Summary
Greet and welcome guests professionally while answering questions about events and on-going activities in a friendly, enthusiastic tone. Perform opening, closing, and side work duties, ensuring floors and walkways remain clean and free of debris. Provide the right of way to guests, maintain proper phone etiquette, and assist with operational needs when requested. Set up the team for success in the next shift and communicate any questions or issues to management promptly. Work collaboratively with coworkers, wear proper non-slip footwear, and adhere to sanitation regulations. Must be available for days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read and speak English
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts: days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and various holidays
- Maintain current Food Handler's and State Alcohol Serving certifications (upon hire)
