Job Summary
Deliver individual clinical services and support to adolescents, adults, and families experiencing life stressors or behavioral challenges using evidence-based clinical practices. Respond timely to communications from agency staff, collaborating departments, and external providers like DSS. Complete all required agency documentation within established time frames while adhering to clinic workflows and protocols. Attend monthly group supervision sessions, which are compensated at one unit of service. Maintain proficiency in electronic medical records and work within a collaborative environment serving mental health, substance use, and family services.
Required Qualifications
- Computer skills and experience working with electronic medical records
- LMSW/LMHC/LCSW/LMFT required
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Experience working with adolescents and families
- Comfortable in both individual and group settings
- Must be able to sit for multiple hours
- Must be capable to move throughout work day
- Occasional lifting of > 5 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Significant substance use disorder experience
- CASAC
- Bilingual English and Spanish speaking
