Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning, for diverse women and gender-diverse clients via outpatient telehealth. Deliver individual therapy sessions tailored to specific client needs and goals while developing and implementing personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment adjustments in accordance with regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients. This pre-licensed role offers structured supervision and professional development to support growth toward independent licensure as an LMHC or LICSW in Massachusetts.
Required Qualifications
- Pre-licensed, master's level clinician
- degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work
- working toward independent licensure as an LMHC or LICSW in Massachusetts
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Pre-licensed, master's level clinicians actively working toward LMHC or LICSW licensure in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
