Job Summary
Provide clinical and administrative supervision for Home and Community Based services staff delivering strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes. Manage direct care of staff and oversee the content and implementation of in-home treatment plans while carrying a small caseload of at least 10 hours per week. Complete intake assessments, review treatment plans within the Electronic Health Record, and provide weekly clinical and task supervision. Support new staff through orientation by modeling and coaching, and demonstrate the process of opening new cases including initial home visits. This role requires an LCSW with independent NY state licensure and minimum two years supervising clinicians in home or community settings. Hybrid work is available, and language differential is provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and Hindi.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work
- LCSW - Independent NY state licensure
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, adolescents, and families in a home or community setting
- Proficiency with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
- Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone
