Job Summary
Collaborate with caregivers, team members, and stakeholders to provide high-quality care and develop innovative treatment plans that meet client goals. Make a measurable and socially valid difference in the lives of families working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and behavior challenges. Administer functional and behavior skills assessments while utilizing small, manageable caseloads supported by the ABA Clinical Leadership Team. Access individualized supervision focused on professional skill advancement and participate in monthly journal clubs, ethics workshops, and an expert speaker series. Maintain full-time weekly billable minimums of 26 hours with planning time included. Hold a master's degree or PhD, current BCBA certification, and a valid driver's license. Position offers a flexible summer schedule from Memorial Day through Labor Day, closing at 12:30pm Fridays, with an hourly rate of $60.00 for Fee-For-Service roles.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD, with completion of BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework
- Current BCBA certification, and in good standing with the BACB
- Current LBA preferred
- Minimum of two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or behavior challenges
- Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A compassionate approach to care
- Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments
- Proficient with word processing and graphing software
- Current with best practices and developments within the field of ABA
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Access to high speed secure internet required
Desired Qualifications
- Hold current LBA preferred
- Experience in applied settings, developing and implementing behavioral interventions preferred
