Job Summary

Oversee HR governance and operational effectiveness across freight forwarding operations, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures. Monitor employee relations activities, guide management on workplace issues and performance concerns, and administer the performance management process to ensure accurate evaluations and documentation. Partner with leadership to determine base pay offerings, facilitate pay exception negotiations, and review recruitment and hiring processes for compliance. Serve as a trusted HR advisor on workforce decisions, organizational issues, and operational risks while analyzing workforce trends to support business planning. Develop HR reports and dashboards that provide visibility into key indicators, evaluate process effectiveness, and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with partners to align HR programs with business needs and support organizational change initiatives. Requires advanced knowledge of employee relations and compliance, strong consulting skills, and bilingual Korean and English proficiency. Domestic travel up to 15%.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Required
  • 7 - 10 years of direct experience in Human Resources
  • 1 - 3 years supervisory experience
  • Advanced knowledge of employee relations principles and workplace investigations
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance requirements, and policy administration
  • Ability to analyze workforce data and translate findings into actionable business insights
  • Strong business consulting and advisory skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual: Korean and English is essential to support business needs
  • Domestic travel up to 15%
