Job Summary
Operate within the fertilizer hub to support the Hub Manager, including unloading fertilizer from trains and trailers, safely using heavy equipment (pay-loaders, forklifts, pickup trucks), performing facility maintenance (inspection, lubrication, cleaning, light electrical/mechanical work), entering outbound orders for straight or blended products, organizing paperwork, and communicating with field branches, headquarters, and customers. Requires strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, multitasking, proficiency with Excel/Outlook, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Experience with preventive maintenance and facility management is preferred; knowledge of fertilizers is helpful but not required.
