Job Summary
Coordinate, case manage, and treat fertility patients by monitoring treatment plans, providing direction and education, and communicating physician orders with laboratory result interpretation. Establish a compassionate environment by supporting patients and families while documenting care services in patient and department records. Assist with coordination and treatment workflows for a caseload of patients within a multi-disciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- RN required
- Current state RN license without limitations required
- Computer proficiency required
- Ability to manage a caseload of patients
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships
- Strong customer service and results oriented, highly responsive to requests
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
