Job Summary
Coordinate, manage, and treat fertility patients by monitoring treatment plans, providing direction and education, and communicating physician orders and laboratory results. Establish a compassionate environment by supporting patients and families while documenting care services in department records. Manage a caseload of patients with strong interpersonal skills to work within a multi-disciplinary team. Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend and holiday rotations.
Required Qualifications
- RN required
- Current state RN license without limitations required
- Computer proficiency required
- Ability to manage a caseload of patients
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships
- Strong customer service and results oriented, highly responsive to requests
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
