Job Summary
Coordinate, case manage, and treat fertility patients while monitoring them throughout treatment plans. Communicate physician orders, laboratory results, and explain subsequent surgical phases. Perform initial preoperative assessments, develop care plans, and administer medications via direct intravenous and other routes. Provide comfort measures, psychological support, and patient education to individuals and families. Demonstrate proficiency in caring for patients who have received IV or conscious sedation. Chart patient care services in department records. Assist with IVF procedures and support patients in a compassionate environment.
Required Qualifications
- RN required
- Current state RN license without limitations required
- Computer proficiency required
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
