Fertility RN Coordinator (Hybrid)

Fertility RN Coordinator at US Fertility (Shady Grove Fertility in Towson, MD) with hybrid work arrangement after a 9–12 month training period. Responsibilities include coordinating/case managing fertility patients, providing patient/couple counseling, educating patients on procedures and injections, scheduling treatments, coordinating treatment plans per clinical protocols, and offering emotional support to patients and families. Requires IVF/fertility experience or background in women's health is a plus; strong customer service, self-starting ability, and RN license are essential; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Eligible for full-time benefits and a hybrid schedule with occasional weekends/holidays.
