Fertility RN Coordinator (Hybrid)

Coordinate, case manage, and treat fertility patients by providing counseling, educating them on procedures and injection administration, and scheduling treatments following initial and follow-up visits. Develop treatment plans aligned with established clinical protocols while establishing a compassionate environment through emotional and psychological support for patients and families. Utilize electronic medical records to maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with national clinical standards. Requires a valid RN license, minimum one year of clinical RN experience, and proficiency with electronic medical records. Full-time schedule Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with hybrid work options after a 9-12 month training period and passing chart audit.
