Job Summary
Coordinate, case manage, and treat fertility patients by providing counseling, educating them on procedures and injections, and scheduling treatments following initial and follow-up visits. Establish compassionate environments through emotional and psychological support for patients and their families while coordinating treatment plans per clinical protocols. Manage electronic medical records and collaborate with physicians and colleagues to advance the patient experience. Requires a valid RN license, one year of clinical RN experience, and EMR proficiency. Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Shady Grove Fertility in Woodbridge, Virginia, with remote options after training.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Experience working with electronic medical records
- High level of customer service
- Self-starter
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
- Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 2 to 3 weekends and 1 to 2 holidays per year
- One remote day per week (after being fully trained and passing a chart review)
