Job Summary
Fertility RN Coordinator at Shady Grove Fertility in Towson, MD (hybrid after training) coordinates patient care for fertility patients, provides patient/couple counseling, educates patients on procedures and injections, schedules treatments, coordinates treatment plans per clinical protocols, and offers emotional support to patients and families. Requires an active RN license, EMR experience, and at least 1 year of clinical RN experience; IVF/fertility experience and women's health background are pluses; bilingual Spanish is advantageous. Hybrid schedule after 9-12 months of training with occasional weekends and holidays. Competitive compensation around $75,000+ and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Experience with electronic medical records
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
