Job Summary
Conduct in-office reproductive procedures and provide hands-on patient care as needed. Identify patient care issues, implement physician directives, and offer emotional and psychological support to all patients. Establish credibility and trust through high-level listening and counseling skills while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Maintain excellent judgment in a high-standard stressful environment, working independently with proficiency in EMR and Microsoft Office. Requires North Carolina RN license, BSN preferred, and minimum 2 years in women's healthcare. Must work some weekends and holidays. RSC serves NC patients with compassionate fertility and reproductive services.
Required Qualifications
- North Carolina RN license without limitations
- BSN Degree
- Minimum 2 years' clinical experience in women's healthcare
- BCLS/ACLS and/or IV certification
- High level listening and counseling skills
- Excellent telephone presentation
- Resourceful and well organized
- Committed to detail and follow-up
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
- Proficient computer skills; both EMR and Microsoft office
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to relate well with patients, peers, physicians, and management
- Ability to be genuinely concerned for people
- Ability to use diplomacy and tact in tense situations
- Ability to work in a high-standard stressful environment
- Must be able to work some weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Reproductive medicine experience
