Job Summary
Coordinate, manage, and treat fertility patients by monitoring treatment plans, providing direction and education, and communicating physician orders and laboratory results. Establish a compassionate environment by supporting patients and families while documenting care services in department records. Manage a caseload of patients with strong interpersonal skills to work within a multi-disciplinary team. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time, with weekend and holiday rotations.
Required Qualifications
- RN
- Current state RN license without limitations
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to manage a caseload of patients
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Strong customer service
- Results oriented
- Highly responsive to requests
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time
- Weekend and holiday rotations
