Job Summary
The Fertility Care Circulating RN is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in the surgical suite by preparing patients for procedures, performing assessments, and providing direct care throughout the surgical process. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and comfort, adherence to aseptic techniques, and supervision of surgical suite operations. Key skills include strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and physical strength to lift patients. Candidates must have an active RN license, current certifications, and relevant nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
- Active RN license issued by the Washington State Board of Nursing
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Circulating Nurse in the OR
