Manage production capacity, resource allocation, and scheduling for precision machining and mechanical assembly operations. Plan, control, and monitor manufacturing processes while coordinating staff assignments and supporting internal process optimization through production analysis. Act as the liaison between production, technical, and sales teams, reporting to the production manager and assisting with organizational tasks. Requires a technical background in mechanical engineering with extensive experience in machining and production planning, utilizing ERP systems like SAP.
