Job Summary
Implement production plans based on work preparation specifications and oversee manufacturing processes in the turning and milling departments. Coordinate staff allocation across production areas and communicate part delivery deadlines to ensure timely, quality-compliant output. Monitor adherence to quality, safety, and time targets while actively operating turning and milling machines when needed. Collaborate closely with work preparation, assembly, and quality assurance teams for optimal production planning. Requires technical training, multiple years of machining experience, and leadership capability.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbar)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der zerspanenden Fertigung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Fertigungsplänen und Produktionsdaten
