Job Summary
Coordinate the production planning through loading for all wood module manufacturing, overseeing approximately 35 subcontractors and ensuring timely execution of multi-story residential, school, and commercial projects. Direct technical leadership of in-house performance and logistics while guaranteeing smooth production flow and quality assurance with full documentation. Collaborate daily with planning and project leadership to maintain alignment and resolve issues. Requires master or polier certification with at least five years of experience in timber construction and proven management of subcontractors.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung
- Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Polier
- mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Vorarbeiter im Holzbau/Hochbau
- Führungserfahrung in einer Fertigung
- Erfahrung in Zusammenarbeit mit Subgewerken
- Ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen
- sicheres Auftreten
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Leistungsbereitschaft
- IT-Affinität für die Bedienung unserer Tools zur Produktionssteuerung
