Lead the disciplinary and technical direction of steel fabrication teams for Mobile Harbour Cranes and other Konecranes products, managing a 4-person direct report and approximately 150 employees at the Düsseldorf Benrath site. Optimize continuous fabrication processes using Hoshin planning principles to ensure resource-efficient, innovative production while strictly adhering to all occupational safety regulations. Plan and control the department budget to achieve economic and qualitative targets, and foster talent development through regular employee conversations and a supportive leadership culture. Requires a degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, extensive steel construction practice including welding experience, and strong organizational skills.
