Job Summary
Move full racks of sausage, scale, and enter data in SAP; keep lines supplied with product; assemble/disassemble packaging equipment; clean metal detectors; perform product temperature monitoring and QA checks; maintain housekeeping and follow GMP/SQF guidelines; rotate through line positions as needed; complete paperwork and SAP processes; willingness to work overtime/weekends and obtain a tow motor certification; physical ability to lift and move items, stand for long periods, and work in cold/wet environments.
Required Qualifications
- 3 months of work history with the same employer
- Ability and willingness to perform basic math functions
- Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
- Ability and willingness to complete all paperwork and SAP functions required for the position
- Ability and willingness to obtain a tow motor certification
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 35 pounds on occasion
- Ability to stand/walk/climb/bend for up to 10 hours
- Ability to work in wet and cold conditions around 35 degrees
