Job Summary
Automotive Sales Associate at Ferman Mazda Brandon responsible for engaging Guests in-person at the dealership and via online channels, using CRM, online chat, email, text, phone, and social media to understand needs and match them with inventory. Responsibilities include reviewing online vehicle inventory for accuracy, addressing discrepancies, coordinating test drives, presenting vehicle features and technology, overcoming objections, guiding the Guest through the entire sales journey from presentation to pre-finance paperwork, coordinating delivery and introduction to Service, and prospecting to build a personal book of business. Must maintain product knowledge through ongoing training, deliver excellent Guest service, achieve high CSI scores, and demonstrate professional appearance. Bi-lingual English/Spanish strongly desirable; MS Office familiarity; prior automotive or retail sales experience required.
