Job Summary
Beauty Advisor role at Fenwick York: provide an in-store, customer-focused experience blending creative and technical makeup artistry with education and personalized service. Collaborate with a high-performing team to support visual merchandising, in-store events, and maintain standards to stand out against competitors. Responsibilities include delivering inspirational customer service, contributing to training and development, and utilizing retail POS software. Strong communication, hospitality, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment are essential; certification or prior makeup experience is desirable but amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative/technical skills is welcome. Must be available to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events. Must have right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
