Requires a PhD or MD in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, oncology, or a related field, and USPTO registration with Bar admission in CA, WA, NY, or DC. Post-doctoral experience is desirable but not required. Located in Mountain View, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience as a Patent Prosecution, preferably at a law firm, focused on life sciences
- USPTO registered
- PhD (or MD) in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, oncology, or a related field
- Bar admission in the jurisdiction where the work is performed (CA/WA/NY/DC) or eligible for admission
