Job Summary
The Financial Analyst will support budgeting and forecasting for FSG’s holding companies, develop and update debt financing models, monitor debt covenants, and prepare regular cash flow forecasts and investor/update materials. The role involves contributing to debt financing activities, producing recurring internal reports, and driving process improvements through advanced analytics and use of AI tools. Collaboration with FP&A, Treasury, and other stakeholders is essential, as is the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in an analytical financial role (Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Investment Banking)
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from financial data
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
