Job Summary
Assist Fence Foreman with fence installation and maintenance tasks, including loading trucks with equipment and materials, inspecting vehicles and equipment for safe operation, meeting with customers on job sites, installing fence poles, erecting fences, and tensioning wire per NCR specifications. Maintain a clean, safe outdoor work site, help with debris removal, and ensure equipment is properly stored after daily assignments. Perform routine safety meetings, follow detailed instructions, and contribute to a positive team environment while representing NCR professionally.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
- DOT medical card required for driving GVWR 10,000 lbs+ (21+ years old)
- Forklift certification to be provided after hire
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating manuals, and maintenance instructions
- Proficiency in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Capacity to perform detailed written and verbal instructions with common-sense reasoning
- Commitment to following safety protocols and maintain safe work environment
