Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate fence installation crew members, assigning tasks to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Lead and participate in the installation of fence poles and structures according to company specifications while conducting quality checks to verify standards. Enforce safety protocols, maintain equipment, and train crew members on proper techniques and procedures. Communicate directly with management and clients to address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
