Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate fence installation crews, assigning tasks to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Lead and participate in the installation of fence poles and structures while conducting quality checks to verify compliance with specifications. Enforce safety protocols and train crew members on proper techniques and regulations. Maintain communication with clients to address concerns and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a valid driver's license, DOT medical card if driving over 10,000 lbs, and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Flexible hours and occasional weekend work may be required based on deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with a Motor Vehicle Record within company guidelines
- Positions that require driving a vehicle with a GVWR of 10,000 lbs. or more require the incumbent to be at least 21 years old and possess a DOT medical card
- Flexible hours and occasional weekend work may be required based on project deadlines and client needs
