Job Summary

Global Brand Communications Manager for FemCare in North America responsible for defining and communicating brand positioning for Playtex and Carefree. Drive global brand and communications strategy in NA, lead regional media, content and audience strategy, partner with markets for in-market activation, monitor brand performance and optimize communications effectiveness, pilot innovative media approaches, ensure brand purposes and portfolio alignment are reflected in NA markets, and own the NA communications budget while coordinating with creative, social and PR agencies. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, consumer insights, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level influence to drive customer growth. Fluent in English; additional languages a plus. Based in or able to reside in Philadelphia, PA, with strong collaboration across US/Canada and global teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of relevant communications and brand experience with a bias toward online/social/commerce
  • experience in developing winning communication/content and media strategy
  • ability to translate consumer insights into communications development
  • data-driven decision making and analytics
  • strong written and verbal English communication
  • ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
  • experience in managing a regional and/or global role or with a creative agency
