Job Summary
Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions and design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App. Perform reassessments via the app, manage scheduling efficiently, motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins. Collaborate with a supportive team and embody DRIVE values (Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence) in every session. Requires nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.) and CPR/AED certification; reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions; proficient use of Mindbody and Trainerize apps to manage sessions and client notes. Offers competitive hourly pay ($30–$50/hr) with performance bonuses, flexible schedule, onboarding and ongoing development, growth opportunities into Master Trainer/leadership roles, and a nationwide support network. Role is CONTRACTOR with mobile, in-home and on-site client training across locations including Wayne, PA.
Required Qualifications
