Job Summary
Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site personal training sessions across client sites; design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App; conduct reassessments using the app to track progress; manage schedules efficiently; motivate clients and celebrate results; travel between sessions as needed; collaborate with a supportive team and represent GYMGUYZ’s DRIVE values (Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence). Requires nationally recognized CPT credentials (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.) and CPR/AED certification; proficient with mobile/web apps to manage sessions and client notes; strong communication and professionalism; growth path into leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
