Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, escort clients to therapists and lockers, and provide robes, slippers, towels, and locker keys. Maintain spa facility cleanliness by keeping locker areas neat, filling and draining mineral tubs, and restocking linens and supplies throughout the property. Assist guests with amenities, wellness experiences, and equipment while ensuring Forbes 5-star and Ace service standards are met. Adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, ACCRS, and SRC System of Internal Controls and Standard Operating Procedures. Obtain a Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment and a Responsible Alcoholic Beverage Certificate within 60 days. Perform duties requiring standing, walking up to 3 miles, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 25 lbs. in an environment with moderate to escalating noise levels.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to obtain a Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment
- Must be able to complete and show proof of Responsible Alcoholic Beverage Certificate through Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control within 60 days of employment
- Must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 3 miles and climbing stairs
- Must be able to work in a smoke -filled environment
- Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis
- sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone
