Job Summary
Conduct waking night support for clients with complex needs across Leeds, including assisting with toileting, dressing, showering, hair and nail care, and catheter care. Prepare simple meals or snacks, support daily exercises, and manage light domestic tasks to maintain a clean environment. Respond to client needs overnight while respecting their space and privacy, strictly following care plans and instructions. This part-time role covers weekends and bank holidays with a basic rate of £12.60–£13.10 and complex rate of £13.00–£14.43. Candidates must be reliable, physically fit, and able to work independently or as part of a wider care team.
Required Qualifications
- Valid right to work in the UK

- A good listener and communicator
- Able to follow instructions, routines and procedures
- Able to work independently but also as part of a wider care team
- Physically fit and able to support clients with varying mobility
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to undertake training and adapt to changing client needs
- Valid driver or access to own vehicle (advantage, but implied requirement for travel across Leeds)
- Enhanced DBS check clearance
