Job Summary
In this Female Home Care Aide role, provide one-on-one in-home support including transfers, bathing/grooming assistance, mobility-device support, light housekeeping, medication and wellness reminders, and reporting care notes. Deliver compassionate, personalized daily living assistance, maintain a healthy home environment, and follow established care plans while documenting updates for RN or Care Supervisor. Requires completion of an HHA program (or equivalent), CPR certification (or willingness to obtain), at least 1 year of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Eligible for competitive pay with shift differentials and opportunities for career development within home health pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an Accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program (or equivalent)
- At least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- CPR certification (or willingness to earn within 30 days)
